Petmin Limited announces that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, which was attended in person and by proxy by approximately 70% of the shareholders, all the resolutions proposed were approved by 89% or more of shareholders present or represented by proxy and will, where necessary, be registered with the Registrar of Companies.
