Petmin announces that the JSE has approved the issue of the 1,750,000 new ordinary shares of ZAR0.25 at a price of ZAR 4.50, which was previously announced on 10 March 2008.
Consequently the Company has applied for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 25 March 2008.
