River Group is authorised to announce that, the annual general meeting of Petmin held on 27 January 2010, was attended in person and by proxy by approximately 82% of the shareholders.
All the resolutions proposed were approved by 92% or more of shareholders present or represented by proxy and will, where necessary, be registered with the Registrar of Companies.
