River Group is authorised to announce that, at the annual general meeting of Petmin held on Thursday, 09 November 2006, all the resolutions proposed were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy and will, where necessary, be registered with the Registrar of Companies. In particular, Shareholders are advised that the Company’s intended listing on the London Stock Exchange - Alternative Investment Market has been approved, subject to obtaining South-African Reserve Bank approval. A further notice in respect of the listing will be mailed to shareholders in due course.
