With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2007, shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been distributed to shareholders on 13 December 2007 and contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 19 September 2007.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of PETMIN shareholders will be held at 10h00 on 16 January 2008 in the PETMIN Boardroom, 37 Peter Place, Bryanston, Johannesburg, to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
